One of the most important issues we must take care of is the relationship with our clients, knowing that conflicts can emerge in hard communications.   Therefore, here at 3DM, we understand that having a formal way of communication with the proper documents at the proper time, are not a waist of time but a problem not to avoided in the future.   Our products as part of the "digital arts" will always be seen from different angles, and interpretations of the same facts can arise from different actors.   We think it is wise to have a signed contract to rule the scope of the job, timelines, due dates and every important aspect of the process.   As well, all important communication must be sent via e-mail so there is a formal record between both parts.
